This is the perfect non-impact, multi-level workout that will have you sweating and burning calories every time. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises all while having fun. Add more resistance, vary the speed, and work as hard as you would like (work up to standing if you are new). This fun and exhilarating ride will leave you sweating and wanting more.
