It's here!  One of the most challenging and well balanced core workouts you will find.  The core is a combination of several areas and we will work them all including the muscles in your back, obliques, and both the superficial and internal muscles in the midsection.  Do what you can for your first few workouts, and continue to do more as you feel comfortable.  It's time to engage and strengthen your core, so let's get planking!
