Treadmill Combo

The typical use for a treadmill is to go for a stroll or a run, but by incorporating some intervals, core, jumping, and upper body movements you will actually help your body achieve the results you are looking for.  This will be a workout you will not forget.  Time to spice things up and try planks and other various movements to really go beyond what you think your treadmill is for.  Have fun and work at the appropriate intensity for you by varying the speed and incline.
