This is not your typical Pilates class. The fitness component really compliments Pilates well and adds an excellent expansion to what many know as Pilates. This workout is a versatile focused workout which will strengthen and lengthen the body with an emphasis on the core muscle groups. The majority of the class is completed on the mat, some standing movements, and relaxation stretches and balance work are also incorporated.
